Hello everyone!!
While cleaning up my landscape this week, in preparation for the Spring and Summer, I noticed that my little red kit foxes, that have sat in my landscape for a few years now, were in dire need of repainting, as they were severely sun faded. I love all of my foxes, rabbits and dogs and try to keep them all in excellent condition, when I can.
Though the manufacturer sells these as weather, fade and crack resistant, they're most definitely not. So, I took these fellows into my shop, cleaned them up and repainted them. They're much brighter and show up much better than they originally did a few years ago. I'm sure they're both much happier now with their new paint job:) These fellows stand a bit over 15" tall. Hope you enjoy seeing my little red kit foxes!

Thank you so Very much!! I use airbrushes to paint these with. The great thing about a set of airbrushes is that anyone could do just as good of a paint job. We had our landscape done in crushed red brick about 20 years ago, so we haven't had to mulch since then.

I think they are well cared for with you, do you get many strays? (just kidding about strays) I love the variety of critters you take in. I believe that sometimes it is an animal who is the most loyal. Lori

Thank you so VERY much!! So glad these fellows brightened your Spring! You're absolutely correct about animal loyalty. We have three dogs, Longhair Dachshund, Mountain Cur and a 3 year old German Shepherd. They're are best friends!!!

Thanks Eileen!! We have no raccoons or foxes in our yard, but during the Spring, Summer and Fall we can hear the coyotes in the hills surrounding us. They tend to get every dog in the neighborhood barking!
