On WC there are several Wel lidded jar posted..... all are different but with similarities....
This colorful jar has black feet, white liner interior and clear layer of glass, between both there are orange and brown spots, the last ones has aventurine. Unpolished concave pontil mark. The feet were cut so that the piece can stand. 10 cm diameter ane 17 cm high.

Fantastic piece, this decor is part of few well known decors seen is fan cases vases with the scallops- I call them tri-color confetti and have confetti that doesn’t overlap (meaning the hot glass was dipped or rolled in a batch or two confetti glass chips). Look for them in purple/gold, blue/yellow, green/purple among a few others. I believe your example has adventurine in the black spots. Just a beautiful piece, love it!!
