Before I owned this chainsaw the only time I used the word mall was to describe the places I avoided. Now I know that mall was a reputable company that made this electric chainsaw some time before I was manufactured. When I got this thing it was a total rust bucket with no color and I thought it looked like it belonged in a scary movie or mad max. Then I decided to clean it up. I took it apart down to the last bolt. Cleaned everything and greased it up. Every last piece is original except for the cord protector. Don't know it's value or it's age but I think it's cool. What you think?
You are right, it does have a cool look. I like your attitude. I've spent many hours and dollars fixing up things that most people have no use for. The value is always interesting, but far from the main concern. Of course I'm usually broke, so maybe cause and effect?

Don't put a pistol grip and paint it evil black or the Democrats will want to take it away from you. Have to keep the pot stirred !
