I love neodymium glass, the basic colour is beautiful and then when you watch a piece on the windowsill change colour as the sun changes brightness during the day is amazing. Off course you can force it by using different light sources as I have done here which is also pretty trick. There is glass from a lot of places here, the larger vase is Zelezny Brod, the two small ones are Cristal d' Arques, the blue/violet vase is Caithness, the paper weights probably Chinese, the large ashtray is Japanese labelled "Adult", the triangular one I think is Czech. Just the Swan and the small round ashtray (which sort of looks like Whitefriars but all of theirs seems to have bumpy sides as well as the base) to workout. Also does anyone know who the man with the turban is, some sort of advertising?
Love neo glass and even though I know what it does and why it still seems magic. Some lovely pieces here and I really like the differences in their colour change.
Btw, Adult is the strangest selling name, always makes me smile.
I have enjoyed your other glass posts and commented on some.
Please call me Karen.
Found out that the swan is Crown Crystal glass made in Christchurch NZ.
