just got this pin from my girlfriends dad. I can’t find it anywhere, and it has no identification number. anyone know what it is or if it’s a fake?

Looks like a cartoonish/ civilian version of the US Navy Petty Officer, 2nd Class insignia.
Believe the eagle is facing the wrong direction.
A photo of the back of the pin should help in identifying the era/ use.
