Sterling Silver Claret Jug/Wine Decanter Belonged To Baliserio Juan Montero Cisterna, Argentinian Ambassador to Belgium in the 1880s. He was described as a "stately gentleman with a luxuriant black mustache and beard, Minister of Argentina in Brussels. He was considered so handsome that Brussel's high society called him 'Le Beau Montero." The family crest can be seen on the item.
