I bought a house 4 months ago and they left an old wood stove. I got lucky all pieces were there. Determined that it is made in Taiwan, not Washington (big stamp on the back) It was not expensive when it was made, I hear about $500, roughly made in 1975. It is a good little stove but not very sturdy, several posts I found talked about cracks in the body. Mine was not exception. Good outside stove be careful inside. I went more for looks, lots of sanding, my labor.... re-chrome $375 a bunch of screws and bolts. Great little, heavy show piece at.
