Antique Black Forest clock

One Saturday morning I was walking down a San Francisco St. and found A box full of old antique clock parts and movements this one pictured I believe to be black forest but don’t know much other than that I’ve taken pictures of the movement marking and face I would love to know more about this clock like who the maker is and how old it may be and if it is in fact a Black Forest a Clock The movement does not work as it is very rusty
