Antique clock Face/Movement AU CARILLON

Hi, again one beautiful Saturday San Francisco morning I was taking a walk in my neighborhood and came across a box full of antique clock parts in movements this one was inside the box the face of the clock is marked AU CARILLON 18 RUE DES VERGEAUX AMIENS the movement seem to be very worn and could possibly Run once cleaned I would love to know more about this clock love to now mate about this clock like it’s age clock marker?
