Anyone know what kind of bike this is? The closest picture I found to match was a 1930-40's Columbia messenger bicycle. The label on the front was painted over, and there is a blue university tag on the frame ( probably added later in it's use)

OMG! It looks like the Wicked Witch's bike on the Wizard of Oz!
The Wizard was filed in 1938 (released in 39) ... Soo....... It looks like the male version!
