Just wondering what a 24 case of 75th anniversary coca cola bottles may be worth. They are 10 oz glass bottles and unopened with a wood Coca Cola crate. I have a question into the experts on just ask..but the link above for value.com does not have a bottle or coca cola option..so I have gone to Just ask. I think they are quite unique and spectacular. If anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate it. When i get the value I will share as well in case anyone else is wondering. What I do know is in 1915 Coca Cola wanted to brand their drinks differently than their competitors so they started a competition among glassmakers to create a glass bottle design. Cool right!
So I just got a response back from Just Ask...The crate with the 24 bottles of coke, Chattanooga, TN 75th anniversary is worth retail $150-$200. The crate alone is worth $45.00, and each bottle is estimated value of $5.00-$6.00. So if anyone else has any, now you know how much they are worth as well. :)
I also did a little research and learned that the company who won the competition for glass design, the design failed as it was too top heavy so they had to recalibrate the size and shape. Very Cool History.
Marking this Mystery as solved and learned a lot today. I hope this information was as exciting for you as it was for me. Have a great day ya'll :)
Yes, definitely interesting and exciting info!
