The door itself is long gone, all that remains is the knobs, latch, and one big ole' nail (!!) that apparently used to help hold all together. Saved from scrap metal oblivion simply because it appealed to me somehow, then I found it a perfectly sized chunk of flagstone to sit on amongst the other bits outside... :-)

Not much else to say about it, the pics show it all except maybe that the latch itself has already thoroughly rusted itself together...?

I have a lock like that on my bathroom door, minus the rust. I installed mine because it reminded me of a lock that was in my childhood home. I had a lot of fun times locking and unlocking and turning knobs when I was 3-4 years old.
That’s a great addition to the rust garden!
