1960's San Francisco CAN DO AND DID Hand Sewn THUNDERBIRD Protest Flag

Thunderbird flag is approx 41” x 44” and is made of nylon with a hand sewn Thunderbird and rising sun. (These are the symbols for the city of San Francisco). Both flags show their age and were acquired by a 30 year San Francisco police officer veteran. The family reported he worked during the protests, including the famous 1967 Vietnam War Protest and recovered this flag. One of a kind piece of history from the historic Protests against the Vietnam War.
