Does anyone know if this is supposed to look like this? The glaze looks like cracked mud, if mud was pretty. It's marked hand painted italy 740/32B on the bottom, but it's stamped on where as most italian pieces I see are done with a paint brush. It's confusing me. (It's also only 3") If anyone can help, great!
