I am posting this as Hattie Carnegie, as the seller and the tag attached attribute. However, I have not found any similar Hattie designs.
Hattie did not sign all of her jewelry. Hattie Carnegie pieces were often sold with just paper labels.
This Mask is quite something to look at; measures 2-1/2" x 1-3/4", and almost 1" thick. Not heavy even though it looks to be.
there is one coral stone missing on the bridge of the nose.
Some unscrupulous sellers will do anything to sell their wares. It's best to do homework before making a purchase. I'm not saying this brooch is not authentic Hattie Carnegie, it might be a rare piece.
Thanks Cindi - I did some research but for the price (under 20) I took a chance. I believe it resembles SELINI or SELRO, THANKS AGAIN
I'm also reluctant on that attribution (though willing to learn). I think it is a really great brooch though!
