Please help trying to figure out what these markings mean if anyone would be so kind as to help a girl out. And also if it’s solid silver or plated I’m new to collecting. Please and thank you I really appreciate it sorry if I sound uneducated on these things.

      Hi Sadie.
This looks like a white metal of some sort possibly plated.
All solid silver, even Japanese and Chinese, would have some sort of silver stamp on it. If you google sterling backstamps you will get an idea what I mean.
This looks like a 60s/70s piece made for the Western market.
