No not a true Kewpie by Rosie O'Neill . Looks like a made in Japan figurine . Is it marked ? Unique a baby shooting a gun . He is wearing a diaper so a infant .
I can’t find a single marking. It appears to have had a sticker on the bottom at some point. I wasn’t sure if it was a gun or a hair dryer. Thanks for the info!

with one eye closed . I suspect it had a Nippon or lefton sticker on him once .
