Garage sale find for $2, absolutely no markings on it so I have no idea how old it is, where it was made or anything else about it. Thought it was unique and must have some collectability and value. Too well made to be some mass produced tourist souvenir in my opinion although I could be wrong. Looks like copper, brass and some silver looking metal (probably not silver) which was hand tooled.
Really cool (and befuddling) item. I really like all the metal work, brass tacks, round wood, etc. someone spent some time on this one!
A few options..

Remarkable, dav2no1! How in the world did you come up with these possibilities? Years of experience, plus probably education in the arts, I’m guessing. But seriously, 3 different hits of multimedia balls/spheres with completely different uses?! Impressed!
The amount of knowledge on this website is incredible! And a lot of CW members’ willingness to help research others ‘unknowns’ is beautiful. Just had to say.
Maybe Lawn Bowling Trophy.
