Nice find, I don't believe it's really old hence the rubber on the tires, definitely worth the $10 I paid . Possibly German, haven't had much luck narrowing it down but did see one almost exactly like it. Anyone with some knowledge is welcome to comment, I am always wanting to learn more about my collection.

It's got age to it. I don't think it's a repro. Use all four pics, and orient properly. The screw/ bolt holding the handle is newer, but that's no big deal.
