Hello everyone!!
A couple of years ago I posted a set of Arthur Court Designs "Handstandles" candle holders. The set was incomplete as I was missing the dog "Handstandle". Well, I finally found that missing dog recently and completed my set. The set of five was released in 1977 by Arthur Court Designs in the form of a Frog, Lion, Dog, Rabbit and Monkey. I was very happy to find the dog that I needed to complete my set. These are all marked on the bottom with the Arthur Court Designs hallmark and 1977 date.

Oh the relief, Kevin. I'm SO glad that is actually the tail of a dog in that first front-view pic...when viewed as a thumbnail at a glance it coulda . . . (well, I'm not gonna finish that...) <giggle>

Thanks so much!! You're absolutely right. It took me two years to find the missing dog. But, very much worth the wait. It's such a great feeling to finally complete a set. I've done the same with my children's book collections.
