Beautiful Rikaro crystal bowl. Of course with that colour it's neodymium which changes to ice blue under different light and a little blob of bright green/blue in the centre. I don't seem to be able to find much about this company online, just something from an Aussie website selling it? Don't think it's terribly old either but with my love of neodymium glass was irresistible. It's also big 345x220x80mm.
It seems to be a company primarily selling Czech made glass but I have seen some animals I am sure were Chinese made. Whatever, Rikaro glass is never crappy.
