Framed portrait I found today in Portland. Nothing written on it. No idea who it is. Glasses appear to be hand colored. Sad to know that someone has lost their portrait of their great grandma. Is this type of thing of interest to collectors?

It is a late 19th century enlargement.

This style is often called a Charcoal by modern collectors. These don't have a big collector following-- all larger antique photographic images have seen recent declines in prices.

Subject matter is usually a determinant of collector interest with bust shots low on the scale.

Military, occupational and animals are all examples of those with collector appeal.
