Just added this 23 Model T C cab to my ever growing pile of crap Arden milk was started in El Monte in Southern Ca. in 1904 like to find some period correct milk bottles I painted the saw kinda fits in with my yard
COOL old truck, and everything else in the pics too!!

Thank you Eileen nice of you to stop by glad you like all my rusty old crap just cant stop myself lol your pop and me would of gotten along great what did you do with all of his stuff????? The guy I bought the truck from brought some paper work over the truck is a 1920 and it came from Montague Ca. which is about 100 miles north of me I can find nothing about Arden milk being up there. Yep the heat is coming it has been very windy here might be a bad fire season. Take care Bill

I do know what you mean about weeds and debris if you notice in my post those are eucalyptus trees I have around 500 or so they are a mess along with the oaks I have been working on getting my place in shape for over a month still have a month to go glad I have a bobcat. A friend of mine has the Rust In Place museum (RIP) He has a steam train that runs around his property over a bridge threw a tunnel collections of antique tractors hot rods dragsters square tank Harley`s and Indians he is opening it up for us on the 23rd I will take some pictures you will enjoy this place wish you were closer you could go with us
That was nice of you to donate some of your pops stuff to the museum hope they put it to good use or at least exhibit it so people see how things use to be. My friend has several steam operated pieces of farm equipment funny you mentioned amusement park he has the first Redding Merry Go Round with a lot of the original animals some have been replaced I will post some pictures on the 23rd still like to see your old bell or anchors you have
Gotta luv the old C cab. In actual use they were interesting vehicles to drive in the mountains. Since they didn’t have fuel pumps and relied on gravity to get gas to the carb, if u were low on gas and going uphill you would have to go up in reverse to make the gas flow. No traffic in those days but a real pain to do and gas wasn’t available everywhere like it is now. Plus small tanks and long distances.
