I believe this to be a depression era pressed glass wine goblet. I have started picking up vintage wine glasses. While this is perhaps not valuable for resale, I love it. Could anyone tell me anything about it?
Angus,
I have some experience with Depression Glass. My first foray into collecting glass was with bottles, and after that Depression Glass. I can say with some certainty that your glass isn't a piece that was made in the 20's, 30's or 40's. You may be interested in this article I found online. It has some great links too - research is one of the best ways way to learn. All the best!

Thank you, it is a great article! Still not sure what I've got!!!
too bad about that bad rim chip... the style of your piece is often called "vintage style", but is modern glass out of China. Compare it to the Pioneer Woman glass and the multitude of similar modern pieces striving to appeal to those interested 'vintage' and 'depression era' designs...
