Thanks so much FreshAir for the super praise, this unusual brooch from KJL really catches the eye with those pretty pastel colors and large stones, glad you liked!
Phil you are absolutely right, the prongs are very strong here & the piece has held up well for its age - leave it to Kenneth J. Lane to mix those colors and make a bold design, I think he liked to make people sit up and take notice! Fabulous comment as ever I thank you :)
So glad that you found this brooch beautiful Scott, you have the kindest compliments and I treasure each one, thank you as always
Really interesting colour pair. That intense acqua and the soft pink.
It works!
Thanks Lauren & Karen for the thoughtful love & support, you are the best my friends
Karen thank you so much for your lovely compliments, the pastel colors do look very pretty together, they are what I call "50s Miami Beach" colors as they were very popular there back then. KJL was always an 'over the top' designer, he liked flash and boldness, as seen by his grouping of these large round stones together with tiny rhinestones framing them
Nice piece!
The small clear stones add to the swirl of a pinwheel design that is outstanding !~
Thanks MrsT & Phil for your warm and wonderful comments!
MrsT yes, it's a really nice & different KJL piece that really enhances the stone colors. Also appreciate the kind love
Phil you are right it IS a pinwheel, and a very noticeable one! I am adding pinwheel into the description, thank you for your awesome insight as always my friend
Special thanks for the kind love Maureen and Daisy, I am truly glad that you enjoyed this older KJL piece with the large round stones it is an eye catcher that I love wearing
Sincere thanks to you all for the love
