These are items from the Hull Pottery Little Red Riding Hood line that was created in Crooksville, Ohio. The line dates are 1943 - 1957. These items are original LRRH, all collected before 1990. There has recently been an escalation in the creation of fake LRRH cookie jars — a pronounced problem in the LRRH collector community. The fakes, however, are smaller than the legitimate jars, and finishing is usually crude and crazed.
