Just a few of the figural groupings designed and created by Hull during its years in Crooksville, Ohio (1905 - 86). These pieces were critical to Hull’s reputation in later decades. The figurals were designed for an upscale market, and were sold in important department stores on the east coast of the United States, including New York City, during the last decades of production.
1. The Knights - 9 1/2” long x 5 1/2” wide x 8 1/2” high.
2. The Roosters - Large: 9” long x 7” wide x 8 1/2” high; Smaller: 6 1/2” high x 5” wide x 6 1/2” high.
3. The Bandana Ducks - Large: 10” long x 9” wide x 6 1/2” high; Medium: 7” long x 7” wide x 4 3/4” high; Small: 4 3/4” long x 4 3/4” wide x 3 3/4” high.
4. The Dachshunds - 14 3/4” long x 4 1/2” wide x 6” high. There were two styles of these, as indicated.
