Found in a church attic not too long ago, this is a 10oz returnable Dr. Pepper bottle with a ridged ring around its center and the Dr.P logos painted on. I'm not sure if that ridged bottle design is too unusual or not, I don't think I remember that shape but that doesn't really mean anything. The logos are identical on both sides except for the white print on the neck which is "return for refund" on one side and "10 FL OZ 296ml" on the other. There are no marks on the bottom. (pic 3)
It was actually found along with a similar Diet Dr. Pepper returnable bottle (green logos, no ridges) but unfortunately that one managed to fall out of the truck and meet its end in a parking lot, before it ever got home... :-( :-( :-(
Pic 4 shows it as a new addition to the 'bottle garden' (??) which I guess is a growing subset of my "rust garden'...???
