Small Glass Basket

I have seen this in a shop that's out of town for a while, last time decided I should buy on the way back but they were closed. Went in again yesterday and it was still there! Not sure why I didn't buy it before it is a beautiful thing, I can't find any issue with it and they were practically giving it away. Has a frit finish on the body and quite subdued light blue and white dots with the occasional red one. The ribbed handle glows lightly in the dark but not nearly enough to label it uranium glass and the pontil is roughly broken. 130mm high.
