TRINER postage scale, ca. 1976

This scale came from the State Surplus Property warehouse, as evidenced by not just one but two differently numbered property tags from the AR Social Services Division. ( pic #4, I don't know what that's about?) The logo and rate/weight card identify it as made by TRINER SCALE & MFG. CO., CHICAGO ILL. and give an effective date of July 18, 1976.

The available CW categories aren't doing me favors, this is "postal" but not really "antique"...??
