I won this on an ebay auction around a year ago and then waited over 8 months for it to arrive. it must have been sent on the slowest boat in the Pacific. But it sure is pretty! and in great condition. maybe it's not lacquer, but plastic? i often think that and it turns out to be lacquer though.
