Crystal stem glass with square base

I couldn't identify the mark in this fine crystal glass with a square base. I thought it may be one of tiffany and co. The stem Glass is for sure crystal and had a mark that looks a straight vertical line with a halo surrounding the top of it. It's etched straight down the middle of the base. Anyone out there familiar with this mark?
