I have searched for the maker and any other information about this guy but have found nothing. There are no markings on it. Could be an old model for a train diorama. It's fairly heavy for its size and the metalwork is rough. Any information would be appreciated. Is it ARCADE, Hubley?

Obviously a mafia car with the window shot out. The world hasn't changed a bit.

Thanks @dav2no1! You are right about the prices. I picked mine up at a shop in South Texas for five bucks.
