Color doesn't look right..need more research.

In 1967, Andy Warhol designed one of the most iconic album covers of all time, featuring a simple yellow banana on the sleeve of The Velvet Underground's debut record. ... Early editions of the record cover featured removable stickers, allowing music fans to peel the banana's yellow skin to reveal a pink fruit underneath.

OMG. Like the holy grail of all things Warhol
      The Velvet Underground
      Inspiration for 10,000+
      Garage bands.
Considered to be one of the key origins of
      the Punk Rock genre
      With its counter culture attitudes
      And unabashed drive towards
      Dangerous and cacophonous aesthetics.
      warhol threw together a supergroup
      Miss moe tucker on drums
Street hustler lou reed vocals guitars
      Sterling Morrison guitars
Avant guarded john cale on Viola
And the honey deep tenor voice of
Some blonde northern goddess named Nico.
I found out through a warhol document that Nico was paid half the
Sum amount. Makes sense i guess as that first album velevet underground & Nico
      Explains it.

I had found at a used clothing store the iconic banana sticker verve record. The previous owners had peeled the sticker back and had placed it opposite the pink banana flesh which i though was amazing. I mean i didnt know that til i saw it. Rather suggestive of course. Goes hand in hand with Warhol’s Rolling Stone album cover called ‘sticky finger which feature some jean wearing torso and a real zippable zipper.

Ultra key $$,$$$,$$$.00 if a unique item. Super awesome any way you peel it (was gonna write slice it lol.)

The pink tone makes perfect sense. The end result of the intent. The payoff.

Yeah warhol did love his campbells soup. They say he had it for lunch everyday like clockwork and had since he was a boy. Banana Bread sounds so good i havent had that for years. When i think of bananas i think about reading the first few pages of thomas pynchon’s book Gravitys Rainbow. He should have won the nobels peace prize for attempting to reveal the insidious corporate crimes of the industrial war complex. For real.
Rocket Scientist, Thomas Pynchon quits his job in order to save the world by writing GR turned up turned on and so dropped out that out that for of fear for his life he had to dress in drag to get his groceries and next lid of grass. Thomas Pynchon did us all good.

Curious of what price you had acquired it for ? A song or a discography. Lol
