Another little 'whatzit' thing to sit on a rock in the rust garden, picked up from the curb while waiting at the red light in a left turn lane recently, because I spotted it and had enough time to jump out, grab it, and be back behind the wheel when the light changed. ;-) :-)

I don't really know what it was beyond what's seen of what's left -- I guess it was a 1" diameter pin or rivet (??) that had numerous differently sized shim washers (?) on it before something really forceful and dramatic must have happened to it, leaving it the bent head-less chunk that it now is. If, that is, its now kinda angly end is truly a broken/sheared head as it appears, instead of somehow being machined that way...?

    Guesses, anybody?? :-) ;-) :-)
