Cinnabar Lidded Jar and Vase

OK I'm into lots of stuff and oriental items do please me. The cinnabar thing started years ago with one my Mother got in Hawaii back in the 70s (still to come). These I picked up at garage sales and opp shops. Both look Kosher and pass the nail polish remover test, there is another one but it is currently sitting in disgrace, it didn't. The pot is 130mm high and the vase 170mm high.
