Her Indoors got the cat when she was a flower girl for her eldest Sisters wedding in the late 60s. The other day she spotted the puppy at the Stratford Hospice and wasn't sure if it was the same and didn't know if she should buy it? I asked how much, it was tiddlywinks so it came home where she found they were the same and was very happy, they now have pride of place in one of the display cabinets with the best china! The cat still has the small "Made in Japan" seen on so many things from back in the day. Does anyone know who made them?

These could have been made at any number of kilns in Japan, making trinkets for the Western market was a big business.
