"FOLK ART" 1/2 PINT PECORA DAIRY MILK BOTTLE

Pictured here is a tall 1/2 pint baby top milk bottle from PECORA DAIRY. Early customers would sometimes paint milk bottles to be used as door stops or a decoration around the house especially in kitchens. This particular Pecora Dairy size bottle is hard to find. Curiosity tells me to remove some of this old time paint off the exterior to see the condition of the original pyro underneath. My appreciation of these old time "folk art" works prevents that from happening. This bottle was produced during the mid 1930's.
