Minature Cut Glass Perfume Bottles ?

I picked these up this morning, and for some reason although there is no marking so not silver, they feel old or special. Perhaps I am wrong, certainly a lot of work that has gone into them. Does anyone know or able to date them, they are quite small approximately 5inches, I believe they are a pair although I brought them separately!
