I love this. It may be my favorite of all of your glass animals.
Such a cute little deer! You sometimes come across them lying curled up like this in undergrowth actually, and they always seem so vulnerable and delicate. I also love the little glance over the shoulder, like someone's just come across her and she's nervously hoping they'll just leave her be. The coat spots are so realistic too.
Wow, that's the cutest!!! Very nicely detailed.
Cuteness is off the charts on this one !~
OMG! This is beautiful!
Cute fawn..
That is adorable -- and this type of glass perfectly imitates the fawn's markings.
Thanks to all for the love

Kevin thank you for the wonderful praise, I'm thrilled that this is your favorite of all my glass animals, he is really unusual and special. First of all, to find an out of the ordinary animal is a great find for me, but this woodland beauty has such wonderful coloring & form that's such a bonus
Isn't it a realistic fawn Lauren, I agree with you the over the shoulder look has alot of meaning - surprised & wary! The little just born fawns are very sweet & vulnerable, and have very wise moms who hide them in the underbrush. Thank you as always for your fabulous take on this little one and your super insight, you're the best
Thanks Scott for your awesome comment & seeing the cuteness, yes the detail is really perfect on this fawn, one thing Langham does very originally is give the animal coats alot of realistic features, they 'go the extra mile' rather than just make transparent glass
Aw Phil, thank you for your marvelous praise & finding the cute factor off the charts, that's so nice of you! Baby animals always seem to tug at our hearts, this little resting fella is no exception
Thank you vintagelamp for your lovely compliment, I am truly delighted you found this fawn beautiful, it has a poignant look and I love its features - that little nose is formed alot like Rudolph the red nosed reindeer it's so precious :)
Thank you Dave for your super comment and seeing the cute in this guy, he was a heart melter for me & I actually had my eye on his 'brother' first, a sitting upright fawn, but of course it sold out so getting this guy was really lucky - I was surprised it is a rather heavy and dense glass, very well made and proportionate
Thank you so much rhineisfine for your fantastic comment, I totally agree that Langham really got the fawn markings down perfectly - that brown furry coat with the black accents & spots is just so great, I am rarely disappointed with a Langham animal because of their natural beauty
Thank you mikelv85 for the love and very kind support, it is truly kind of you and I'm so pleased that you liked this glass fawn
these are lovely, i was reading my local news the other day on f b and they had two pictures of fawns in peoples yards laying next to the houses and they had beach stone rather then flowers ...them fawns would just blend right in laying on top of them stones and the rest all about ..really something to see when nature kicks in and with out a book ..smiling ..enjoy the day ..
Thanks to all for the love

MrMaglue thank you for your wonderful comment, I can just picture the real fawns laying among the stones and blending in with the scenery, so adorable!
Many thanks FreshAir for the always kind love and support, it is much appreciated & I'm so pleased that you liked this fawn
love this one ....really cute..nice to see the makers mark......cool find..later
Thanks Solitaire & Thomas for the love, it's very much appreciated guys!
Solitaire thank you for your kind comment, I'm really glad you enjoyed this fawn. Langham is a great glassmaker because even if their label isn't on, they usually engrave their name on the bottom so you can i.d. the animal, I really love their glass
Thanks so much ho2 & Thomas for the love for this Langham fawn, I'm so glad you liked it and always grateful for your kindness
