Saved from a dumpster a few years ago because "H*LL NO, YOU AIN'T GONNA THROW THAT IN THERE?!!".

    Y'all might understand...??? <LOL>

Anyway, this is what's commonly called a "monoblock" amplifier these days (I think) in that it only has one channel/signal path thru it -- in other words *not* stereo. (which has two) Probably dating from the 1940's, I believe this once powered a tone-cabinet type speaker system for an elderly O.L.D. (organ-like device) somewhere in its original life. Nowadays I believe these are rather eagerly sought after by a certain subset of 'audiophiles' (audiophools?) for their clarity and warmth yada yada, or mebbe just because they look cool on a shelf with all those tubes softly lit up orange...?? ;-) It was not particularly intended to ever be seen in original application.

This one is in original condition near as I can tell, (but for tubes, probably) pic4 is its underside components. Its makers label is inside the chassis (pic2) and shows it made by The RAULAND CORPORATION of CHICAGO, ILL., U.S.A., TYPE AO-2632-1. Connections are made to and from it via pinned connectors on one side and end, the chassis measures 7-1/2" x 18" by about 6-1/2" high.

This amp has actually already made a cameo appearance here at CW S&T, as part of a post a few years ago of tubes-in-general.
