    Well I thought I had something different with the first one of these, hadn't seen any in NZ before and only one other in Aussie (not Karen). But blow me down I was out in Waitara the other day and found another. Not quite a pair as the new one is shorter and a bit tubbier. It has quite a few blemishes in it. I thought they were damage but are all smooth, there is a lot of them in the top rim but hard to see on my photo. Old vase 285mm high the new one 246mm.

      These are such a sweet decor. Amazing finding two!
      I think NZ and Aus got a lot of Japanese glass compared to other countries.It certainly seems more common down here.
