    This is the same general kind of thing than its two big (huge!) brothers shown yesterday, in that it is an electrical transformer made to increase voltage to a high enough level to fire up neon tubes. In this case it is a smaller unit both physically and electrically, it is rated to turn 115 volts into (just) 6,000. Still enough to easily knock a human on his b*tt, or worse... <nono>

    This one was made by GENERAL ELECTRIC, their catalog #51G5. It measures roughly 12"l x 4"h x 3.5"d.
