    This is a local piece I recently picked up, the only one I have ever seen. Being that I live 45 miles away from Amarillo it seems a little surprising. When trying to research it I found nothing, none like it using multiple key words in my searches. I'm not expecting for anyone to know about it but would be awesome if someone knows something. I am thinking about trying it out and see how it works, possibly didn't become popular due to how well it worked.

      I think I see how it works to spin the potato, is there another part with a blade to actually cut the curly fries?

      The sharp point is attached to the blade it's just a guide to keep it centered.
