How would you date this Vintage Backgammon set?

I recently acquired this backgammon set. I was amazed when I looked closely and it doesn’t look like it’s ever been used!

Any idea of its date? Or it’s manufacturer?

A couple interesting features about this set. The board is cork and the points have an interesting design, and without circles. The cups are the older style that snap together. The case seems like faux leather, but with no handle. And I’m pretty sure the pieces are Bakelite.
