      This bracelet is likely from the Himalayan area, e.g. Nepal or north India. The discs that are visible in the photo depict three of the Eight Auspicious Symbols of Tibetan Buddhism (Tashi Dhargye in Tibetan, Ashtamangala in Sanskrit).

      There are normally eight in all; however, judging from your photos it looks like your bracelet has only five in total, with only 3 visible here. These are as follows (note, the bracelet is upside down judging from the images on the discs):

      * (left) The endless knot, representing the Buddha's boundless wisdom and compassion;
      * (centre) Not entirely sure of this one, but I think it could be the victory banner, representing the Buddha's triumph over hindrances on the path to awakening.
      * (right) The conch shell, representing the melodious sound of the Buddha's teachings, and the way the teachings expand out into the universe in the same way that the conch shell spirals outward.
