Unpacked this beauty that has been stored away for years.
    Kenneth Jay Lane Serpent Brooch/Pin
Thinking it’s 1960’s as some have told me? Looking for any new information on it at this time…?

Stone colors are - Light Pink, Purple, Clear or White, & a sort of iridescent reddish tone at the tail end.
    Silver tone back
    Signed - Kenneth - C - Lane
    Measures-
    Approximately 5.2” Length
    Widest point -2”
It’s simply stunning..and has a good weight to it.

Very nice piece. The backing looks severely damaged from what I can see of the possibly rhodium plating almost gone ? I would think sometime in the 1960's also, when these were at their most popular. Never a good thing to wash these pieces.

Hmm. Maybe not the greatest photo of the back. I think the back is in very good condition. Sure maybe some wear but not severely at all. And Yes absolutely not washing. A fun beautiful brooch. A nice color combination for sure. Thank you for your thoughts l appreciate it.

Good to know - sometimes the pic of back does not come out at all.
