Hi I just joined this site and I love watches and other unique things. I am curious about this watch and some info if possible. The watch works absolutely perfect. I bought it off an older gentleman who owned the watch since new. I am not sure if I over paid or not for it. Either way I still like the watch

WELCOME, Rscrawford1982! I wish I could help you ID your watch but I can't (other than maybe a rough guess for time frame around the late 1970's-early 1980's, ??) but I can say I've been looking for another of these red-digit LED 'push the button for it to light up' watches ever since my own (then) new one at that time frame died on me...I think I still have it somewhere even, now non-functional <groan> but LCD watches had become all the rage instead by then which didn't require pushing the button...people liked those betterer... <sigh>

I am wondering if is a (national semiconductor) by the little emblem etched into the glass. I paid $40.00 canadian for it so maybe it was a good find. It had the calendar the time and also the seconds counted in it. I can't belive it works flawlessly.

I got my LED first in the mid 70's and were popular into the 80's, wonderful !~
