Just wondering if anyone has an idea as to what this was used for, Do you think handmade? Approximate age? Have had it for at least twenty five years and thinking of parting with it, hoping to provide next owner with its purpose. The top slats across come off easily as they are on pegs, can't figure out why. Maybe someone out there has similar and some idea of why it is made this way. Thank you.
