I'm not sure what makes you say they're German tea cups, because all I can see right now is possibly some British ceramic (Aynsley's), and Canadian metal (Birks).
Although, that china mark of "Aynsley's," as opposed to "Aynsley" is a bit suspect.
FYI, Birks also made ramekin holders, but it's a bit difficult to tell exactly what you have from the single picture.
